Wicked: For Good” delivers a shocking, emotional ending that changed the whole story of Oz. This movie continues the part of the story where Elphaba and Glinda start to go i “n different directions. The Wizard of Oz starts to become more controlling and very unfair, and the government starts lying about Elphaba, making everyone think she’s “wicked”. But she just wants to help others, especially the animals in the land of Oz. But it’s hard because even when she tries to make good choices people still think she is a villain. 

 While this is all happening to Elphaba, Glinda becomes more famous and tries to keep the peace, but she tends to struggle because she knows the real truth about Elphaba and wants to make it right. She feels guilty, with lots of pressure, and confusion as she realizes how unfair Oz has become toward Elphaba. Glinda becomes stuck between helping her friend or keeping her famous position throughout Oz. Their friendship becomes the heart of the movie and shows how much they grow together. 

Overall, the new movie is getting mixed reviews among the viewers, some like it better than the first, but others do not like it at all. For the opening weekend of the new Wicked, they made about 150 million dollars compared to the first Wicked making about 112-114 million dollars domestically. Lastly, the movie Wicked: For Good is a great movie and shows us how powerful friendship, courage, and staying true to yourself can be.
