This month for male athlete of the month we decided to choose a male from the Men’s Soccer team. Our male athlete of the month is Henry Buyse. Our boys’ soccer Head Coach Eric Riedlbauer says, “Henry Buyse has been the anchor of our defense and instrumental in us getting the #1 seed in our region.”
The boys have a record of10-3. There have been losses against Reservoir, Patterson Mill, and Hereford. They have strived with a lot of high scoring games and a lot of domination. They have made it into the playoffs and are ready to take it all the way.
This season has definitely not been a normal season for these boys. They have worked super hard to stay together through this tough season. They know they need each other to stay up in this hard time. This team becoming so close this season has helped them a lot, especially because the biggest things in soccer are communication and teamwork.
