Leonardo Iorio is a first-time journalist for the Pony Express. He is an ambitious student that caught onto the art of journalism quickly due to his extensive history in high-level English classes. This landed him the role of Op-Ed Editor. Besides writing, most know him for his bright neon green hair and loud personality. If he is not writing an article, he can be found in the various art studios around the school, creating sculptures or 2d art. He dreams of being an art teacher and is currently creating a portfolio to apply to art colleges in the area (Ask him about it!) Being a journalist allows him to connect his artwork with current events, create community through interviews, and overall get a better understanding of the world. Currently, he is a part of NAHS and the CMW softball team but tries to participate in other clubs like Voices of Equity when he can.
