Finishing off their in-season games against Tech, the Mustangs came just short after the Cobras won 17-14 with a game winning field goal. The Mustangs have pushed through this season being led by seniors like Hayden Goscinski and Kyle Frank. The two have been playing side by side for nearly 11 years, marking this season as the end of their time on the field together. Frank and Goscinski’s bond goes beyond football, being close outside of the team has further improved the connection they have in the game and made for an exceptional performance from the formidable pair this fall. As most athletes do, Kyle and Hayden take the time to prepare themselves to step out every week with the common ritual of listening to their pregame songs. They both take a different approach with Franks song being “Fuel” by Metalica and Goscinski’s being “White Iversion” by Post Malone, whether they choose to focus in or hype themselves up before the game, this duo has contributed immensely to the Mustangs winning record of 5-4 this season. While Frank plans to continue his football career for the next 4 years after high school, Goscinski is taking a different direction, having committed to Towson this past June for Men’s Lacrosse.
