Description :

An easy Spring treat! 7 Layer Cookie Bars topped with coconut, pecans, chocolate, and butterscotch. These treats are super easy to make!

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (12 full sized crackers)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, sweetened coconut

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.


  • Process graham crackers using food processer to make fine crumbs. Add melted butter. Mix with a fork until crumbly.


  • Press crumbs into the bottom of prepared baking pan (Step 1).


  • Top crust with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.


  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.


  • Store in airtight container at room temperature, or in refrigerator.

These were extremely easy to make and get ingredients for! All of my family loved this treat!
