1.Chop one large onion 

2.Sauté the chopped onion in a little bit of oil. 

3.Chop three sweet peppers and one hot pepper. 

4.Add the peppers and the onions and continue to sauté. 

5.Grate 8 tomatoes 

6.Add your tomato mixture to the onions and peppers 

7.Bring the mixture to a boil and allow to simmer for thirty to thirty-five minutes until your mixture has cooked down. 

8.Crack eight eggs and whisk well. 

9.Add your egg mixture to the pan and cook for about five minutes.
